• Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
• You continue to have access to all paid features until your billing period expires.
• No further charges will be made after cancellation.
• Your account and any content you generated remain accessible after your subscription ends.

2. No Refunds

All subscription fees and credit top-ups are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for:

• Partially used subscription periods
• Unused credits or time remaining after cancellation
• Downgrading from a yearly to a monthly plan
• Any other reason

By subscribing to our Services, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final and non-refundable.

3. Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us via the Contact page within 30 days of the charge. We will review your case and, if the charge was made in error, issue a correction.

4. Free Tier

GetYouTubeTranscript offers certain features at no cost. You can use these features without a subscription and no payment information is required.
