YouTube Profile Picture Downloader FAQs
What is the biggest size I can download?
The Original option gives you the picture at the size the channel uploaded it. YouTube recommends uploading at 800 x 800 pixels, so most channels are around that size or larger.
Is it free?
Yes. Downloading a channel's profile picture is free, with no account, signup or watermark.
Can I use the picture anywhere I want?
The picture belongs to the channel. Using it to identify the channel, for example in an article or a review, is common, but ask the owner before using it for anything else.
Can I get the picture from a video link?
Yes. Paste any video link and the tool finds the channel that uploaded it, then shows its profile picture.
Why is the picture round on YouTube but square here?
YouTube stores channel pictures as squares and crops them into a circle when it shows them. The download is the square file.
