0:00 I scaled from zero to $40,000 per month 0:03 just helping local business owners get 0:05 Google reviews. But it took me 0:07 personally selling over 500 business 0:09 owners to get there. And getting a 0:11 business owner to trust you enough to 0:13 put their card on file is the hardest 0:15 thing you'll do when starting a 0:16 marketing agency. So in the past couple 0:18 months, my business, Review Harvest, has 0:20 added on websites and local SEO as 0:22 upsells. And last month, you can see in 0:24 Stripe in July, we did over $66,000. 0:27 So, we've increased our monthly revenue 0:29 by over $25,000. We've spent less money 0:32 on marketing. We've had less sales 0:34 calls. We spent less time chasing 0:35 unqualified leads who might never buy. 0:37 This process has really showed me how 0:39 valuable upselling is. I know Alexi and 0:42 everybody says, you know, keep things 0:44 simple. And that is so true. When you're 0:46 scaling, you're trying to grow and all 0:47 this sort of stuff and try to take over 0:49 the world. You want to sell one product 0:50 over and over and over again and you can 0:52 hit millions of dollars a month with it 0:53 or whatever it is. But most people, if 0:56 you're watching this video, just want to 0:58 make 10 20K a month with their agency 1:00 and have a pretty chill lifestyle 1:02 business. So, if you're starting off, 1:03 the quickest way to get to 10K per month 1:05 is not selling a $99 a month 1:07 subscription over and over again. Having 1:09 a few simple upsells that you can add on 1:11 that don't add a bunch of delivery and 1:13 don't add a bunch of client headache is 1:14 a much more efficient way to hit 10K per 1:16 month because now you can get 20 or 30 1:18 clients paying you $300, $400 a month 1:21 and now you've already hit that 10K per 1:23 month threshold. Be a complete beginner. 1:24 Trust me on the fact that getting 20 or 1:26 30 customers to pay you $300 is way 1:29 easier than getting a hundred customers 1:31 to pay you $100 a month. After this 1:33 video, check out this one I made 1:34 reacting to what Alex Ramosi said about 1:36 scaling an agency. So, with that in mind 1:38 that upsells are important for hitting 1:39 10K a month super quick, there's really 1:42 no better place to have a client than in 1:44 a highle sub account. The upsell 1:46 possibilities are endless. chat widget, 1:48 miss call, text back, AI receptionist, 1:50 AI follow-up, websites, everything's 1:52 right there in high level for a super 1:54 reasonable monthly rate. The tricky 1:56 thing is that getting new clients with a 1:57 foot in the door offer, like helping 1:59 them get more Google reviews, what we 2:01 mainly do for review harvest, is still 2:03 one of the easiest, best ways to sell 2:05 clients and get them to trust you 2:07 quickly. Really is some magic light bulb 2:09 that goes off in a client's mind once 2:11 you say, "Hey, I'd love to get you some 2:13 more Google reviews." And then you 2:14 actually fulfill on that. We do 2:16 something what's called a review 2:17 reactivation. You've probably heard of 2:18 it before, but we take their previous 2:20 customer list and we upload it and then 2:22 we slowly text and email those people 2:24 requesting reviews with our personalized 2:26 image and our special system and we can 2:27 get them a bunch of reviews in the first 2:29 couple weeks or months of working with 2:30 us. And most local business owners have 2:33 never had the experience of being sold 2:35 by a marketing company and then that 2:36 marketing company actually fulfilling 2:38 and delivering the results they 2:40 promised, especially within the first 2:41 month. Now we're getting them reviews. 2:43 It's an ego boost for the business. they 2:44 start ranking higher on Google, their 2:46 phone starts ringing more often and they 2:48 love you. And the next logical question 2:50 for them is what else do you do? And 2:52 that's why it's so important that these 2:53 clients sit inside of High Level so you 2:55 can easily upsell all the other things 2:57 that High Level has to offer. But the 2:59 main problem nowadays when trying to get 3:01 clients reviews through High Level is 3:03 A2P verifications, ATP paperwork, A2P 3:06 fees, $11 a month per campaign fee just 3:08 for one client, $2 a month for the phone 3:10 number, $24 upfront to get A2P approved. 3:12 you have to get their Google business 3:14 profile connected and you have to create 3:15 their personalized image and nifty 3:17 images, bring it in and set up the 3:18 snapshot and test the workflows and all 3:20 this stuff. And so, unfortunately, it 3:21 takes longer and it's harder than ever 3:23 to set up clients simply in Highle to 3:26 get some more reviews. Obviously, it's 3:28 still a thousand% possible to only use 3:30 Highle to get reviews. It just requires 3:32 a decent amount of setup work, testing 3:34 workflows, fees, and the problem is 3:36 often times we're giving these people a 3:37 free trial or a cheap monthly rate just 3:39 to get them in the door so we can't 3:40 upsell them other things. doesn't make 3:42 sense to spend all this money on fees 3:44 and take a couple days to try and get a 3:45 client set up just to get them more 3:47 reviews. There has to be an easier way. 3:49 And over the past 16 months with my 3:50 developer, this is what we've been 3:51 working on internally for review 3:53 harvest. We've been able to scale from 3:54 zero to over 800 businesses paying us 3:56 every single month. Because of the 3:58 tooling that we built out to support 3:59 this process, this is exactly why we 4:01 built a highle app called Hey Segment. 4:03 It sits directly within your highle sub 4:05 accounts and it allows you to launch 4:07 review clients in minutes, not days. And 4:09 this is the method that we use at review 4:11 harvest. So, we don't have to get a 4:12 phone number verified every time we get 4:13 a new client. Obviously, SMS laws are 4:16 crazy and they vary per country. I'm 4:17 just telling you this is what we do and 4:19 we're now giving you the opportunity to 4:21 do the same. Do your own research. I'm 4:22 not a lawyer. However, obviously for 4:24 Review Harvest in the US, I've done my 4:26 due diligence and all the terms are 4:27 techy and hairy and there's gray area 4:29 and all that sort of stuff, but I feel 4:30 comfortable executing this process for 4:32 Review Harvest. So, today I'm going to 4:34 show you the one-time process on how you 4:35 can set up your Hey Segment account 4:37 directly inside of High Level. Plus, 4:38 I'll show you over 20 features that make 4:40 running this type of business at scale 4:42 with a bunch of clients a thousand times 4:44 easier. We're talking making onboarding 4:46 easier, making results easier, making 4:48 reports easier, all that stuff. Then, at 4:51 the end, after we do the one-time 4:52 account setup, I'll show you how simple 4:54 it is to launch a business. After that, 4:56 got a little Easter egg for you. At some 4:58 point throughout this video, there will 4:59 be a little code that pops up on the 5:00 screen for three or four seconds. That 5:02 code is going to get you a discount on 5:04 Hey Segment if you use it at checkout. 5:05 So, be on the lookout for that code. So, 5:07 with all my rambling out of the way, 5:08 let's dive in. First thing you want to 5:10 do is you want to go to your highle 5:11 account and you want to go to the agency 5:13 view. You're going to scroll down to the 5:14 app marketplace and then you'll search 5:16 for an app called Hey Segment. From 5:18 here, you'll be able to install it into 5:20 your agency account. What this is doing 5:22 is is basically creating your highle 5:24 account. Scroll down to app marketplace 5:26 and you want to search for an app called 5:27 Hey Segment. You want to install it on 5:29 the agency level and if you don't see 5:31 the little Hey Segment bar on the side 5:33 menu down here at the very bottom, just 5:34 refresh your page and it'll pop up. All 5:36 right. So now that you got Hey Segment 5:37 set up, the first thing you want to do 5:38 is you want to go to messaging. So 5:40 messaging here is where you can connect 5:42 providers. So the cool part about hey 5:44 segment and since it's plugged into high 5:46 level is that if a client sub account 5:47 already has a phone number or already 5:49 has an email it's sending from, you can 5:50 easily use that phone number and that 5:52 email that you already have in that high 5:54 level sub account. So you could start 5:55 using this for all your existing clients 5:57 or any clients that need to use a highle 5:59 phone number for lead follow-up, mis 6:02 call, text back, AI receptionist, all 6:03 that jazz. But if you're selling reviews 6:05 as an intro offer as or as the only 6:08 thing that you're offering for now, but 6:09 you want to make sure you have the 6:10 opportunity to upsell websites or lead 6:12 follow-up later in high level, the 6:14 easiest way to get things set up is 6:16 click on add a provider. It'll pop up 6:18 here. We already have Twilio connected, 6:19 but from here you want to connect a 6:21 Twilio and a Sangid account. We're going 6:22 to add more providers later 6:25 and other SMS providers and all that 6:27 sort of stuff. And so walking through 6:28 getting this connected if you create a 6:30 Twilio account after you do it you'll go 6:31 to the same brand and campaign 6:33 registration that you do in high level 6:34 and then you want to go to API keys and 6:36 tokens in your settings and then from 6:38 there you'll be able to see your account 6:40 SID you'll be able to see your test 6:42 authentication token and you'll be able 6:45 to create an API key and so the details 6:47 that we need here are we need an account 6:49 SID we need an API key so that's what 6:52 you're going to need to create an API 6:54 key for and you'll need your API key 6:55 secret which you'll get after you create 6:57 an API key. From there, you can title it 6:59 the name of your business, whatever, and 7:00 you can connect Twilio. Same process 7:01 with Sing Grid, but a little bit more 7:03 simple. If you set up a Sing Grid 7:04 account, you can see this is ours. We 7:06 get incredible deliverability. In the 7:07 last month, we sent over 70,000 email 7:09 review requests. Over 93% of them were 7:12 open and 5% clicked. That's a pretty 7:13 good clickthrough rate when it comes to 7:14 email sending. So, from here, you'll go 7:16 to settings, you'll go to API keys, 7:18 you'll create an API key, and then you 7:20 can go ahead and just paste that inside 7:22 of Hey. Next thing you want to do is 7:23 click on white label here. So, this is 7:25 going to be all the information that we 7:27 send out to your clients, right? So, 7:28 when we send out review notifications, 7:30 when we tell them they need to upload 7:31 contacts, they haven't uploaded 7:33 contacts, when we told them we saved bad 7:35 feedback from Google with the review 7:36 filter page, when we send them the 7:38 onboarding link that we'll talk about 7:40 here in a second that allows them to 7:41 onboard on their phone. This is the 7:43 brand details that all this comes from. 7:44 And so, you can add a powered by logo. 7:46 You can also be able to add this to the 7:48 personalized images that are baked in. 7:50 You can add an app icon. If they do log 7:52 in, they'll see a very skinned down 7:54 version. So, if you're just doing 7:55 reviews, you really don't have to give 7:57 them access to Highle that has like a 7:59 billion features in it, right? You can 8:01 literally just give them a login link 8:02 where they'll be able to see just the 8:04 review specific stuff that you're doing. 8:06 You can put your brand name in. You can 8:07 put your brand color in here. You can 8:09 see kind of what the email notifications 8:11 look like after that. And then here at 8:13 the bottom, you're able to add your own 8:15 domain for the client's login link and 8:17 the destinations. what destinations are. 8:19 These are the actual links that we're 8:21 sending out in the text message and in 8:22 the emails to request these reviews, 8:24 right? And so we have ask.rev.com 8:27 onboarded here. This is as simple as 8:29 just adding DNS records into your domain 8:31 registar. If you have any questions 8:33 about super detailed, nitty-gritty 8:34 onboarding stuff. We obviously have more 8:36 videos down below in my community. You 8:38 can join my completely free community 8:39 and you'll get more training videos on 8:41 exactly how to set this up super 8:42 nitty-gritty. Now you have your 8:44 providers connected, you have white 8:45 label set up. What you're able to do 8:47 here in messaging is you're able to 8:49 basically set defaults for every single 8:51 client you on board. And so if we go 8:53 into here, we can see destinations. And 8:55 so you get to choose, okay, what's the 8:56 default review request link we're going 8:58 to set up. Pay segment is structured 9:00 from the account level, which is like 9:01 your agency account and high level. And 9:03 then we have an organization level. This 9:05 would be like a franchise level where 9:07 basically you can set defaults 9:08 specifically for a franchise client 9:09 you're onboarding or a multi-location 9:11 business. And then we also just have the 9:13 business level. And so it's important to 9:14 note that on the account level, you can 9:16 set defaults. So every time you set up a 9:18 business, it's going to default to the 9:20 stuff that you recommend. That way you 9:21 can literally click a few buttons and 9:23 onboard a business. At the organization 9:25 level, you can do the same thing. You 9:26 can set a default for the organization 9:28 level. And then always at the very 9:30 bottom at the business level, you can 9:31 adjust things one at a time and that's 9:33 just going to change it for that 9:34 business if you'd like to. So an example 9:35 of that is destinations, right? What 9:37 link do you want to use in the text 9:39 messages? So this is what we just set up 9:40 in white label. So you can see that. So 9:42 if you click on link theme right here, 9:45 you can see this is where you can adjust 9:47 what review filter page you're using. If 9:49 you are using a review filter page 9:51 obviously, but this allows you to adjust 9:53 which one you want. Do you want the 9:54 stars? Do you want a slider where it 9:56 shows the face and they can slide it? 9:58 That's probably not going to convert 9:59 very well. Just so you know, I'd 10:01 probably stick to faces or, you know, 10:02 scale. But yeah, then you can adjust the 10:04 color of this little page here. And also 10:06 you're able to put in a preview for the 10:08 link we're sending out via text. And so 10:10 this gets a little bit techy here, but 10:12 it basically adds metadata to this link 10:13 to make it look less spammy when it goes 10:15 to the carriers. It looks more legit, 10:17 more likely to be delivered, more likely 10:18 to be clicked, etc. And this will want 10:20 to be set at the business level or 10:22 account level if needed, but it will 10:23 just default to the name of the 10:24 business. Next, you can click on review 10:26 request messages. Here, we basically 10:28 have smart messaging turned on for you. 10:30 So, at Review Harvest, we've sent out 10:32 over a million review requests, I'm 10:33 pretty sure, now. And we have really 10:35 good data as to what is the best time of 10:38 day to request review, what's the best 10:39 verbiage, what's the best follow-up 10:40 cadence, all that sort of stuff. And we 10:42 can just manage that for you and install 10:44 the highest converting scripts into your 10:45 account. So, you don't have to worry 10:46 about it. And you can see the metrics 10:48 come in. And I'll show you metrics here 10:49 later. But in this instance, you can 10:51 either add defaults for the account. So, 10:53 you can add long sequences. So, you can 10:55 see here, let's start setting this up. 10:56 Let's say you want to write your own 10:58 messages. You can write some text. You 11:00 can add, you know, however many 11:01 follow-ups you want to add. All this 11:03 sort of stuff. You can customize it with 11:05 the uh variables here and then the 11:07 review link and stuff like that. You're 11:08 able to set basically account level 11:11 sequences if you want to use them over 11:12 and over again. If you work with only 11:14 plumbers, let's say you can make a 11:15 plumber specific sequence and then you 11:17 have those for all your accounts. Or if 11:19 you have a plumbing franchise that wants 11:20 to use the same text over and over 11:22 again, you can set it at an organization 11:23 level as well. So that's the review 11:25 request messaging. For now, I just would 11:27 recommend leaving smart messaging on. 11:28 It's just going to get the highest 11:29 conversion rate overall with most 11:31 businesses. And those messages are 11:32 generalized, so they really can go for 11:34 any business. There's nothing specific 11:35 in there that's going to be weird or get 11:37 you in trouble or anything. It's just 11:38 very generalized review request 11:40 messaging that that we have found 11:41 converts really well. Next thing is the 11:42 email templates. So, you can see we 11:44 recommend plain text. Plain text just 11:46 lands in the inbox, doesn't go to 11:48 promotions, less likely to go to spam, 11:49 but you are able to come in here and 11:51 adjust email templates and all that sort 11:52 of stuff to your liking. Couple more 11:54 things here. We have delivery settings. 11:56 So, once again, these are setting your 11:57 account defaults, right? So timing is 11:59 basically how long you wait to message 12:01 the first person. I'll show you how 12:03 contacts flow through through the system 12:04 and how we get the contacts from high 12:06 level and all that sort of stuff. But if 12:07 you have a default, what do you want it 12:09 to be? A few hours is really safe. 12:10 Immediately is pretty good, too. But 12:12 this is basically by default for all the 12:13 accounts. How how long do you want to 12:15 wait to request the review when you get 12:16 a new contact? Another thing is the 12:18 sending window, right? So what time of 12:20 day do you want to send from based off 12:22 of what time zone? So choose a time 12:24 zone, set your sending hours. you know, 12:26 we find that later in the day converts 12:28 better, but we're not going to let you 12:29 set any sending hours outside of like 12:30 the legal limits because there's 12:32 basically a legal sending cadence where 12:34 you can send messages as a business. 12:35 Next thing is message cadence. So, this 12:37 is basically how many days between 12:38 messages. We have found that two days 12:40 between messages is the best, not only 12:42 for your deliverability and spam score 12:44 with Twilio, but also in terms of 12:45 conversion. It doesn't seem as 12:47 aggressive and pushy. And so, we 12:48 recommend two days in between messages 12:50 here. And then we have daily sending 12:52 limits. So, this is great if you are 12:54 limiting clients to a certain number of 12:56 review requests per month or if you're 12:58 worried about blowing through their list 12:59 really quickly and you want to drip it 13:01 out over a long period of time or you're 13:03 worried about getting them too many 13:04 reviews too quickly and Google removing 13:06 them as they do sometimes. And so, you 13:08 can change this on two levels here. So, 13:10 let's say new contacts per day, meaning 13:12 contacts that flow in through an 13:14 integration in high level or or however 13:16 you're adding contacts. And you can set 13:18 a limit here to let's say only 20 new 13:20 review requests per day for the new 13:22 contacts flowing in through integration. 13:24 But then for returning contacts, when 13:26 you're uploading contacts through a 13:27 review reactivation through like a CSV 13:29 file or something like that, this is 13:30 where you can set another limit. So 13:32 let's say we only want 30 review 13:34 requests to go out per day for the 13:36 reactivation. So if we've got a list of 13:37 900 contacts and we send 30 new review 13:40 requests per day, that'll take 30 days 13:43 to go through those 900 contacts. The 13:45 next thing is allow re-engagement. So, 13:47 does this means that if somebody mows 13:50 Sally's yard and she's added to the 13:52 review request process and we request a 13:54 review from Sally, let's say she doesn't 13:56 leave a review, right? From there, we 14:00 have what's called a waiting or cooling 14:02 period. So, do you want to have a 14:03 waiting period where if Sally's yard is 14:05 mowed next week, is she added back into 14:08 that review request sequence? Well, if 14:10 you have no waiting period here, then 14:12 she will be added back into that review 14:14 request sequence, right? So Sally's yard 14:16 is mowed every week and every week she's 14:18 added to the review request sequence. 14:20 What we prefer to do at Review Harvest 14:21 and we found works best with recurring 14:24 business owners who serve somebody every 14:26 week is to have a 30-day kind of cooling 14:29 waiting period where if Sally's Yard is 14:31 mowed this week and it's modeed next 14:33 week, we're not going to request another 14:34 review until she hasn't received a 14:36 review request from us in 30 days. Or 14:38 you can just turn this off altogether 14:40 where anytime a contact has requested a 14:42 review, they will never be requested to 14:44 leave a review again. It's very 14:45 important to note that this does not 14:47 mean that we will re-request reviews 14:49 from all your contacts every 30 days if 14:51 they haven't requested review. No, it's 14:52 still relies on a job being completed or 14:55 some sort of event adding that contact 14:57 to the system again for us to request 15:00 them. It's not just going to request 15:01 reviews forever. The next thing is 15:03 personalized images. Do you want to send 15:04 out that image in the first message to 15:06 get a higher review conversion rate? And 15:07 so you can uh change that at the account 15:09 level as well. And then you can just go 15:10 ahead and save all your changes. And now 15:12 you've set your delivery setting. Last 15:14 thing here is the go highle contact 15:16 sync. If we click on customize setting 15:17 here, you can kind of figure out how 15:19 this works within the sub account, 15:20 right? So this is just setting it at the 15:22 account level. So if you wanted to use 15:24 something by default, but basically what 15:26 it is is what go highle contacts should 15:28 sync here. Is it only contacts with 15:30 certain tags? Right? Right? So if you've 15:32 got a bunch of contacts in your high 15:33 level sub account, do you want them all 15:35 to flow through hey segment to request a 15:36 review or do you only want contacts with 15:38 a specific tag? Right? So you can choose 15:40 that here. And then if it is only a 15:42 certain tag, you can say it's the review 15:45 request tag. Right? And actually what 15:47 we'll do is when you're connected to a 15:49 sub account and you're setting this up 15:50 at a business level, we'll pull in all 15:53 your tags so you can see them from 15:54 there. What we can do is we can go to uh 15:57 so for us if the tag is customer. So 15:59 this is the one we want flowing through. 16:00 anybody in go high level that has a tag 16:02 that we should not add into hey segment 16:04 and so for example a tag skip or or or 16:06 tag lead you know somebody you don't 16:08 want to be added uh we can ignore those 16:10 as well and so or you can just skip and 16:12 ignore nobody because you know if you 16:14 have a tag lead on there then they won't 16:15 be requested to leave a review and maybe 16:17 one day you need to make sure you remove 16:18 that tag right and so from here we have 16:20 never message so who should never get a 16:22 review request this is like do not 16:24 contact DND obviously if you're if your 16:26 contacts are in DND and stuff in high 16:28 level they're not going to flow into hey 16:30 segment to get a review request. But if 16:32 you have any specific tags like bad 16:34 customer or stuff like that, if people 16:36 maybe aren't on DND and high level, you 16:38 just don't want them ever get messaged. 16:39 What actually happens in this trigger is 16:41 that we do add them to Hey Segment, but 16:43 we add them as do not contact, meaning 16:45 we save their information and make sure 16:46 they never get a review request. So if 16:48 you have bad customers, stuff like that, 16:50 it's almost safer to have them in Hey 16:52 Segment as do not contact instead of 16:54 anything else. And then lastly here, you 16:55 can just kind of review your settings 16:56 and what you set and then you can save 16:58 that at the account level. So then 16:59 obviously looking through these menus 17:01 here, we can see the businesses. You'll 17:02 see a link of all your businesses. I'll 17:04 also show you how you can create an 17:05 onboarding link and just send that out 17:06 to a new client here in a second. You 17:08 have the organization. So that's like 17:10 the franchise if you want to. And then 17:12 also you have Google. So this is where 17:13 you can connect your own agency Google 17:15 account. So if people just add you as a 17:16 manager, you can just connect your 17:18 Google business profile here. And then 17:19 you'll be able to see all the Google 17:20 business profile locations that are 17:22 connected to your profile. And then you 17:24 can easily just link those to the 17:25 businesses that you have. Ideally 17:27 though, you'll just send them the 17:28 onboarding link and they can connect 17:29 their Google business profile on their 17:31 phone so it's easier for them. And then 17:32 last thing I want to touch on the 17:34 account level is notifications. So if 17:35 you click on settings and you click on 17:37 notifications here, you can see we have 17:39 all these notifications. So these are 17:41 account level notifications. So you'll 17:43 be notified when a business completes 17:44 onboarding. So you send them out the 17:46 link once they complete that onboarding. 17:48 You'll be notified. You'll be notified 17:49 when businesses can't send review 17:51 requests. Right? So if there's something 17:53 blocking outbound review requests for 17:54 this business, you'll be notified about 17:56 that. You'll be notified if a sending 17:58 provider is disconnected, whether a high 17:59 level sending provider or a custom 18:01 sending provider that you added, you'll 18:02 be notified. When the sender provider is 18:04 failing, like the messages are coming 18:05 back with a fail, you'll be notified. 18:06 The whole goal of all this is that 18:08 there's not a lot of tooling in high 18:10 level and you have to create a bunch of 18:11 janky automations and notifications to 18:13 basically manage a bunch of review 18:14 clients at scale. Becomes an absolute 18:16 mess once you have over 10 or 15 18:18 customers on here just making sure 18:19 everything's still working. I mean, nine 18:21 times out of 10, everything is still 18:22 working, but a lot of times when 18:24 something does break, the client knows 18:26 before you do, and then they're 18:27 frustrated about it, and it's just a bad 18:28 experience. You also be notified if any 18:30 Google locations can no longer be 18:32 reached. Typically for the business, if 18:33 the Google business profile is 18:34 disconnected, you'll be notified. I 18:36 would recommend keeping this off at the 18:37 account level, but you can have at the 18:39 account level customer left private 18:40 feedback turned on, which basically 18:42 anytime somebody we save a review from 18:44 Google with the filter page, it'll email 18:45 you that information. All right. So, I 18:47 know that kind of seemed like a lot for 18:49 the account level, but now that your all 18:50 your account settings are set up by 18:52 default, you should be able to onboard 18:54 clients in minutes. And so, let's walk 18:56 through onboarding customer right now. 18:58 So, if we click on onboard a business, 19:00 let's say we're working with Joe's 19:01 Plumbing. You can add in their email and 19:03 their phone number here. You can also 19:05 even upload a recommended personalized 19:07 image. So, this is an image that when 19:09 they're going through the onboarding 19:10 flow, they can just choose and say, "Do 19:12 you want to use this for your 19:13 personalized image?" And so if you want 19:14 to just go grab a photo from their 19:16 Facebook or something like that, you can 19:18 do it. Let's just go grab a photo here 19:20 real quick. You can see I just uploaded 19:21 a sample image here. It's totally 19:23 optional. You don't have to do that. So 19:24 that'll send an email and link to the 19:26 business owner so they can start 19:27 onboarding. And eventually this will be 19:28 available through the API where you can 19:30 trigger this just from a new Stripe 19:31 signup or anything like that. So they're 19:33 automatically sent that onboarding link 19:35 and you can get the process rolling. 19:36 From here, if we just copy this link, 19:37 you can see what it looks like in a new 19:39 tab. Super duper simple. Built for 19:41 business owners that aren't techsavvy. 19:43 All they do is click on connect Google 19:45 business profile. And then from there, 19:46 they'll probably just have one or two 19:48 businesses because they're a local 19:49 business owner obviously, but they can 19:50 go ahead and select their business and 19:52 that will connect their Google business 19:54 profile. Now, we can respond to the 19:55 reviews. We can grab their review link 19:57 and do all that fancy stuff on the back 19:59 end. From there, they'll see the 20:00 recommended photo that we uploaded for 20:02 the personalized image, say, "Hey, we 20:04 put a photo on top of your review 20:05 request to text customers." Um, you 20:07 know, they can upload their own or they 20:09 can just choose this one, right? And so 20:11 from there they'll see a little bit of a 20:12 summary and they'll finish the setup. So 20:14 now after that those are all set. Now if 20:17 we go back to hey segment and we just 20:19 refresh this page real quick. We have 20:20 the onboarding tab here. We can see four 20:22 or four steps are done from Joe. And now 20:24 we can either create a business from 20:26 this onboarding link or we can attach it 20:28 to an existing business we have inside 20:30 of Hey Segment. And so from here what I 20:32 actually just clicked on is open full 20:33 app. That pops it out. I just need to be 20:35 able to blur this code here. Um in the 20:37 so you can see now we're creating a 20:39 business. So, this is when you're 20:40 actually charged. You're not charged 20:41 when you create your account. You're 20:42 just putting a card on file there, 20:44 right? Uh this is when you're actually 20:45 charged. And so, from here, if you've 20:48 found the code throughout the video, if 20:49 it hasn't popped up yet, you don't know 20:50 yet. You can put that code in here and 20:52 you can get a percentage off. Pricing 20:54 here is made to make sense in the long 20:56 run. As you scale, it gets incredibly 20:58 cheap per business. And in the 21:00 beginning, we can get you a big win by 21:01 lowering that price even more than if 21:03 you found the discount on this page. And 21:05 the goal here is to make this service 21:06 super easy to run and sell through this 21:08 app instead of having to get 21:10 verifications and paperwork and all that 21:11 sort of stuff. And you also don't have 21:13 to pay the $24 A2P verification fee 21:15 upfront every time you get a new client 21:17 that maybe hasn't even paid you yet. You 21:19 don't have to pay $2 a month for every 21:20 single client to have a phone number. 21:22 Right now you don't have to have 21:23 hundreds of phone numbers. You can use 21:25 three or four numbers to manage 20, 30, 21:27 40 businesses. And it truly is here to 21:29 be the easy button. if you want to make 21:30 client reporting and client 21:31 notifications easier to keep customers 21:33 happy and keep them paying you longer 21:35 without having to build all of these 21:37 kind of, you know, janky workflows and 21:38 all this sort of stuff. So, I had to pop 21:40 up Hey Segment cuz I needed to blur some 21:42 specific stuff and Hey Segment is kind 21:44 of embedded on High Level and I wasn't 21:45 able to blur it. But if you did this 21:46 directly through Highle, that business 21:48 would automatically be linked to that 21:49 sub account. But you can see when you 21:50 download the app already, we're already 21:52 connected to High Levels. It's as simple 21:53 as coming in here and linking these 21:55 businesses to an existing sub account. 21:57 And forgive me, I did this a little bit 21:58 wrong in the beginning kind of for the 22:00 sake of the demo. But basically, when 22:02 you do go ahead and download Hey 22:04 Segment, you'll want to go ahead and 22:05 install it into the sub account you 22:06 already have. So, I'm just use a testing 22:08 account here. Let's just do test 22:10 onboarding here. Continue. Now that that 22:12 is in that sub account, it's best to go 22:14 into that test onboarding sub account. 22:17 Now, once you scroll down, click on 22:19 allow and continue. Once that's 22:21 installed in that sub account for your 22:23 client, you can go into that sub account 22:25 and you can scroll down on the side menu 22:27 link here. Once this loads, scroll down 22:29 and you'll see hey segment. And so now 22:31 from here you'll see that this location 22:33 is linked. And you'll see we have oh 22:35 three businesses here that aren't 22:36 linked. You can go ahead and link this 22:38 existing business to the Joe's plumbing 22:40 test that I just created. And so now go 22:43 high level and hey segment are talking 22:44 to each other. No zappier workflows. No 22:47 digital duct tape. That's actually 22:48 easier when you just download it 22:49 directly into the sub account that 22:51 you're setting up. I just try to do that 22:52 earlier here in the demo. So once you 22:54 create the business in Hey Segment, 22:55 you'll be added to this contact page 22:57 here. You can see no contacts have been 22:58 added yet. But now that that highle sub 23:00 account is connected, we can click on go 23:02 highle and then you can just click on 23:04 import contacts. It's as simple as that. 23:06 If you want to adjust the defaults that 23:08 you set at the account level, you can. 23:10 But if you want to just import the 23:11 contacts that they have in that sub 23:12 account based off the existing rules 23:14 you've already set, you just click one 23:16 button. So once you import those 23:17 contacts, if all the messaging settings 23:19 you set up are default and you enjoy 23:21 those, you're good to go. The review 23:22 reactivation will launch and reviews 23:24 will start coming in. They'll be 23:26 automatically replied to and all that 23:27 fun stuff. And I seriously mean that. 23:29 Like you're done. That's that's it. 23:30 That's all you had to do. It's just set 23:32 up and it's rocking and rolling. And so 23:34 so literally we set up the entire 23:35 account that you only have to do one 23:37 time for a hey segment in like 20 30 23:39 minutes. You got to have the 23:40 verification in Twilio. Obviously that's 23:41 a dependency there. Once you onboard a 23:43 business, boom, reviews are coming in a 23:45 few clicks. It's insane. But now I will 23:47 show you if you want to go customize 23:49 stuff per business and you want to go 23:50 check out all the featured, all that 23:51 sort of stuff. I will show you all the 23:53 other things that you can do and see in 23:55 this account. And so let's just look at 23:56 the contacts here. And my review request 23:58 is scheduled to go out. So we click on 24:00 the contact here. You can see more data. 24:02 So you can see how many review requests 24:04 have been sent out yet. Once it's 24:05 scheduled, you'll be able to see when 24:06 the text and email are going to go out. 24:08 Once all the review requests go out, 24:10 you'll be able to see that in the 24:11 activity bar here. Another really cool 24:12 thing that you can do if you're having a 24:14 client manually upload contacts or 24:16 they're having trouble sending you a 24:17 list or something like that. You can 24:19 click on uploads and so you can send an 24:21 upload link to that person you already 24:22 onboarded. They're already added as a 24:24 user. You can create and send out that 24:25 upload link. And so now this link will 24:27 expire. They don't have to log in. 24:28 There's no security, nothing. They 24:30 literally just go to this link and they 24:32 can upload a CSV file. And actually we 24:35 map the columns for them with AI. And so 24:38 if I show you a CSV file here real 24:39 quick. And so actually when we upload 24:41 this list, what happens is we're 24:43 analyzing what column should go where. 24:45 You can see we mapped email, we mapped 24:47 phone number here. You can see this is a 24:48 really messy list. So first name and 24:50 last name just have a bunch of numbers. 24:51 So we didn't automatically match first 24:53 name and last name. It's probably 24:54 something else on the spreadsheet there, 24:56 right? And so we match it with AI. So 24:58 it's really easy. We get them to go 25:00 ahead and say they have their 25:01 permissions and say, "Yep, go ahead and 25:02 start campaigns. Import contacts." Boom. 25:04 Just that easy. Obviously, you don't 25:06 have to do this. And also, you can see 25:08 it's all white labelled. So, 25:10 clients.reviews.com, it's our green 25:12 colors. It's not going to take Hey 25:13 segments branding anywhere, right? And 25:15 then you'll be able to see the upload 25:16 history in here when people are 25:17 uploading stuff like that. And if you're 25:19 like, oh, I need to set up an automation 25:21 to like remind the clients and like I 25:22 need to make sure I'm not reminding them 25:24 if they've already uploaded lists, all 25:25 that sort of stuff. Actually, no, you 25:27 don't. Click on settings, click on 25:29 notifications, and you can see this is 25:30 the business level settings. This down 25:32 here is the account level settings. So 25:34 you want to go to business level 25:35 settings. You want to click on 25:36 notification settings. And you say, 25:38 "Hey, tell me when contacts stop 25:40 arriving." Right? So now we'll email 25:42 everyone that has access to this 25:43 business every 14 days if less than one 25:46 contact has arrived. And you can adjust 25:47 this, right? You want to do it in 10 25:49 days. You want to do it for 30 reviews, 25:52 uh, 30 contacts, anything like that. And 25:54 so now automatically we're sending out 25:56 reminders to the client, letting them 25:57 know, hey, here's the link to upload 25:59 contacts. You haven't uploaded contacts 26:00 yet. Can you go ahead and do that for 26:02 us? You want to send them reminders if 26:03 they're using the filter page and they 26:04 we saved a bad review from Google, you 26:06 can turn that on here. If you want to 26:07 send them a reminder when the Google 26:08 business profile is disconnected, boom, 26:10 you can do that here. And we have a 26:11 bunch more notifications coming to make 26:13 running this type of business super easy 26:14 and keep your clients happy. But in the 26:17 past, if your Google business profile 26:18 gets disconnected from high level, 26:20 typically you didn't know until the 26:21 client called you and they're already 26:23 angry. And so now we have that built in. 26:25 Send them a reconnect link. As easy as 26:27 that. I want to show you what this looks 26:28 like for an actual live client we have 26:29 set up on this. You can see the status 26:31 of completed means they've gone through 26:33 the review request workflow, right? You 26:35 can see the reviews they left here and 26:36 you can see whether it was private 26:37 feedback or whether it was left on 26:39 Google. So you can see this was a 26:40 private feedback one here and you can 26:42 click into each contact and get more 26:44 details. Also, we have the reviews page. 26:46 The UI of this is going to change and 26:47 become a lot more visual, but in here 26:49 you can see all the reviews and whether 26:51 it was internal feedback or not internal 26:52 feedback, whether it's been replied to, 26:54 all that sort of stuff. And probably one 26:56 of the coolest things that we do is we 26:57 match these reviews back to a contact 26:59 and then we can send that back into High 27:01 Leo. So in High Level, if you ever 27:03 gotten reviews through High Level 27:04 before, you probably know when a review 27:05 comes in, it creates a new contact and a 27:08 new contact ID in High Level and it 27:10 doesn't attribute that review to an 27:11 existing contact. We're able to match 27:14 that contact to that review and we can 27:16 send that back to your Highle account. 27:18 So you actually know what contacts have 27:20 left a review. Also, you'll eventually 27:22 be able to fire off automations and 27:23 stuff like that based off of who's 27:25 leaving your review and that data is 27:26 flowing back from hey segment back into 27:28 high level. No digital duct tape with 27:30 Zapier or complicated web hooks or 27:31 anything. It just works. Also, if you 27:33 click on review settings right here, you 27:35 can adjust whether you want us to match 27:36 the reviews to the actual contacts. You 27:38 can turn that on or off. And you can 27:40 also adjust the review replies. So, what 27:42 you can actually do is you can click on 27:43 your voice here. You can add examples 27:45 and you can go back through all their 27:47 previous review requests and you can 27:49 find what were really good review 27:50 responses that the business did or 27:51 whatever and you can add those as kind 27:53 of your voice. That way the review 27:55 requests sound just like the business 27:56 owner. We click on reviews here. We can 27:58 see feedback. This is going to show you 27:59 all the internal feedback that's been 28:01 left um good and bad. So you can see if 28:04 you just turn on the settings, this will 28:05 be emailed to the customer. We phrase it 28:06 as hey we just saved a bad review from 28:08 Google for you. Obviously white label to 28:10 be your own uh business information 28:12 there. It shows the client that the 28:14 review requests are working and that the 28:15 filter is working too if you are going 28:17 that route. Like I said, we typically 28:18 don't recommend that for everybody, but 28:20 you do have the option to do that. Also, 28:22 you can see super granular metrics that 28:24 you're able to send to your client. So, 28:26 this wasn't the best customer list, but 28:27 you can see we've contacted 314 people. 28:30 We've been able to get them uh 15 28:32 reviews in the last like 13 to 14 days. 28:35 You can see the number of messages total 28:36 we've sent, the click-through rate. 28:38 You'll also be able to see clickthrough 28:39 rate on a contact level here. So you can 28:41 see 16% of people have clicked the link. 28:43 It's just 4% of every message has been 28:45 clicked. And we might change the metrics 28:47 here to make it look more compelling and 28:48 stuff and kind of adjust the data to 28:50 make it what your clients want to see. 28:51 See reviews generated, 22 reviews. You 28:54 can see the sending activity in terms of 28:55 what day review requests are going out 28:57 and days are getting the best 28:58 click-through rate. You can see what 28:59 percentage of reviews we're actually 29:01 able to attribute back to a contact. So 29:02 right now it's 73%, but there's a lot of 29:04 stuff that we're doing that's going to 29:05 make this a lot higher. I do think we'll 29:07 safely be able to get 90% consistently. 29:09 And then you'll also be able to see 29:10 deliverability. So you can see 92% 29:12 deliverability. Everything's looking 29:13 good there. But if we go back to Joe's 29:15 plumbing, we can click on messaging. 29:16 Once again, you've already set all this 29:17 up at the account level by defaults. But 29:19 if you wanted to change something, you 29:21 could. So for example, if there was a 29:23 phone number or an email coming in 29:25 through highle that you already have in 29:27 their sub account, you could just select 29:28 that phone number and select that email 29:29 in high level and send from those if you 29:31 didn't want to use the providers here. 29:33 If you wanted to change the destination, 29:35 let's say you wanted them to go straight 29:37 to leave a review and you don't want to 29:39 ask how it went first with the review 29:40 filter page, you can change that here. 29:42 You're also able to upload multiple 29:43 Google business profiles to one account. 29:45 You have a multilocation business with 29:46 three Google business profiles. You 29:48 don't have to have three separate 29:50 accounts that you're paying for at Hey 29:51 Segment. You can add multiple Google 29:53 business profiles to one account and you 29:55 can rotate evenly. You can send a custom 29:56 link. You can do all this stuff. And so 29:58 you can change the review destination if 29:59 you'd like to. Obviously, you can come 30:01 in here and you can change whether you 30:02 want to use the faces, you can change 30:03 the colors, the name, the social preview 30:05 link, all that sort of stuff to help 30:06 with deliverability. And then you can 30:08 come into the messaging. You can either 30:09 use smart messaging or you can set up 30:10 your own specific messages just for this 30:12 business. You can adjust the email 30:14 template as we said, but you don't have 30:15 to do any of this stuff because once 30:17 again, it's already set at the account 30:18 level. But then you have the delivery 30:20 settings here. These are pretty 30:21 important. You might want to say, "Hey, 30:22 this is a plumber. If somebody is 30:24 calling cuz there's poop coming out of 30:25 their toilet and a plumber fixes it," 30:27 you probably want to request that review 30:28 immediately. You might want to change 30:29 the time zone here if you want to, but 30:31 typically you can set it as something 30:32 safe and it'll work for all your clients 30:33 if you're working in, you know, the US 30:35 or something like that. Then you can 30:36 reset all these settings that you talked 30:38 about here, but you're good to go there. 30:39 Now, if we click on personalized image, 30:41 the only thing we really haven't 30:42 covered, you can see no more nifty 30:44 images, right? You're good to go. You 30:45 can click on this, you can move this 30:46 around. You can add the powered by logo. 30:49 So, you can click on you can toggle on 30:50 your logo. And I didn't remove the 30:52 background. That's why it has the white 30:53 background here. So, it kind of looks 30:54 bad, but you can add your powered by 30:56 logo here somewhere. You can change the 30:58 font here to make it look different. You 31:00 can make it bigger, smaller. Anything 31:01 you want to do here, you're able to do. 31:03 And so full control over these 31:04 personalized images. It just directly 31:07 works straight out of the box from 31:08 onboarding. No concerns there. And 31:10 that's the gist of Hey Segment. I know 31:12 it's a little bit of a longer video, but 31:14 remember, we set up everything on the 31:16 account level, right? And so now that 31:17 that's set up, literally onboarding a 31:19 business is connecting their sub 31:21 account, pulling in their contacts, and 31:22 if the defaults are good, send out the 31:24 review request. You're good to go. It's 31:25 just happening. And so I hope you can 31:27 kind of understand the value of it to be 31:28 transparent. We are just getting 31:30 started. Like there's so much cool stuff 31:32 that we're working on in the background 31:34 that I can't really share yet. Um but 31:36 stay posted. You can upsell to all your 31:54 existing clients. Just a little quick 31:55 math for you. If you've got a 100 31:57 clients, you can get down to the $9 per 31:59 month rate per business, right? And so 32:01 it gets very affordable. And you can 32:03 upsell this sort of review services for 32:05 100, 150, 200 bucks a month to all your 32:08 clients or sell as a foot in the door 32:10 service, review reactivation, and then 32:11 upsell all your other stuff, and help 32:13 them rank higher on Google, get more 32:14 attention, and keep that phone ringing. 32:15 So, I hope you enjoyed this video and 32:17 watched all the way through to the end. 32:18 If you found that coupon code somewhere, 32:20 go find it.
