You know, this spirit 1:13:18 keeps talking to my kid and I'm trying to do this and trying to do that and I put this and how do I stop the spirit from talking to my kid? I said, do you ever ask the spirit what it wants? No. I I never thought of that. I said, why don't you just ask the spirit? have the kid ask the spirit directly or the kid just talk to him instead of trying to ignore him. Talk to him. Oh. Oh. And then they always call back. Oh my goodness. He said we could do that. And it's always good news. Always been trained by horror movies. Yeah. All of this. There could be some terrible [ __ ] on it. I tried to look for the most terrible [ __ ] I could. I found nothing. I remember Bob used to say, "Nah, I will say it too." I'm actually disappointed. I've never run into anything and I've done all that demonic [ __ ] that you could think of. I did everything but have a [ __ ] seance and nothing has been out of my league. There's just nothing there once you claim it with your mind. See, once you claim you own everything, then you own 1:14:20 it. Even so-called negative spirits, you're a negative person, you're going to experience negative spirits. But if you up your [ __ ] vibration, that's what all the organs for. That's all the work you're doing is for vibration. So when you're vibrating and dealing with spirits, you're dealing with higher vibratory spirit. But if you understand the concept, it's all directed from your mind. Your mind is off. Ain't nothing could touch your ass. But it only can touch you. It's only happening because you allow it. It's your psychological makeup, your psychological mentality. You from Africa, they from Europe. That means some spirits are good and some spirits are bad. No, it's low and high. Ain't got spirits ain't thinking about I'm a bad guy. You know, I'm going to do bad [ __ ] Depression is a spirit. It has nothing to do with bad. It comes to you when you keep saying, you know something, I think I'm depressed. I feel 1:15:21 sad all the time. And somebody say, you know, that might be depression. You know something? Let me go see a doctor. What's your symptoms? Well, I'm sad because you know, uh, the Chinese people took over Africa and you know, I'm really sad. Oh, that's depression. Here's a pill. You agreeing with it and there's a spirit going, "Okay, you're asking for me to show up. I'm a deity. I show up. Not because I'm bad, not because I want to do something evil. Because you said I you said come in. You say you happy, then there's a spirit of happiness that comes in. I tell people just sit with yourself and pretend laugh sporadically. It won't be It will be less than 15 seconds you'll start to really laugh. Just Oh [ __ ] God, [ __ ] Hold up. I can't breathe. That's a meditation, [ __ ] That's a meditation, my [ __ ] That's what you do. And before you know it, everyone around you start to have infect. I did 1:16:22 it at least infectious laughing. Now, here's the thing. Your conscious mind know you [ __ ] but your subconscious mind doesn't know the difference. It just receives the information as happiness. You choose to be happy in your saddest when somebody when when you spill that coffee on your shirt. Look at this [ __ ] I'm [ __ ] Oh god. Oh god. This is terrible. I got a job interview. You mad as the [ __ ] but you're trying to get it out that way. You just really become happy. You're choosing to do these things. So when you choose Africa is suffering, all you're saying is I'm suffering because you you know in other sentences you say I am Africa. Then you say the Chinese people are 1:17:22 pimping us.
